1. Introduction

• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from kn444 under a prior determination by kn444. Attempting to re-register following an exclusion or ban is a breach of these Terms.

kn444 reserves the right to decline an application for registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion if eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified. Where an account is closed due to ineligibility, any genuine deposits not yet played will be returned to the same payment method used to deposit.

4. Account Registration and Management

To access the kn444 Platform you must register for a player account. Each player may hold only one active account at any given time. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and to set a password. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. kn444 uses this information to verify your identity and to process withdrawals to the correct payment account.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your kn444 account and must not share it with any other person. kn444 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number changes, you must update your account through the kn444 support channel before initiating any new withdrawal requests.
• kn444 reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

kn444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh's major mobile financial services. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kn444, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) apply their own daily transaction limits, which are outside kn444's control.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile banking account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. kn444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to accounts held in a name different from the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed on the same business day for requests received before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests received after this cut-off are processed on the next business day. Unverified accounts must complete KYC before any withdrawal is released.
• Deposits that have not been subject to at least one completed wager equivalent to the deposit value must complete a minimum play-through of 1x the deposited amount before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This condition exists to protect against payment processing abuse and is not a bonus wagering requirement.
• kn444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any withdrawal request at its discretion. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure. Players who decline to provide requested documentation may have their withdrawal suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kn444 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to the specific game or game category stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kn444 Platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the activities below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

9. Account Suspension and Termination

kn444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where kn444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or is otherwise acting in bad faith towards the Platform or other players.

• Where a player voluntarily requests account closure or self-exclusion. kn444 will process self-exclusion requests within one business day. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability
